Refund policy

At HaoSpooky, your satisfaction matters. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item that doesn't work out for you.

Return conditions
To be accepted, an item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in case of an error or defect on our part.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been assembled, installed outdoors, or used are not eligible for return. Clearance or final-sale items are non-returnable.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status and issue a refund to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
