These Terms of Service govern your use of haospooky.com. By browsing or using this site, you accept them. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are

2. Using this site
You may browse the site and place orders for your own personal use. You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, and not to interfere with its normal operation.

3. Age
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

4. Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including dimensions, materials and what's in the box. Colours and finishes may look slightly different from one screen to another. Decorative items are intended for decoration only, and should be set up as described on the product page. Products described as indoor-only should not be installed outdoors.

5. Purchases
Orders placed on this site are governed by our Terms of Sale, which cover pricing, payment, order acceptance and returns.

6. Accounts
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Let us know straight away if you think someone else is using it.

7. Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, product photography, graphics, logos and layout, belongs to HaoSpooky or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it commercially without our written permission.

8. Content you submit
If you send us a review, a photo or any other content, you allow us to display it on our site and channels. Don't submit anything you don't have the right to share, or anything unlawful or offensive. We may remove content at our discretion.

This site uses third-party services, including Shopify for hosting and payment processing. Any link to an external site is provided for convenience; we don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.

We do our best to keep the site running, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, HaoSpooky is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, or for damage resulting from improper assembly, installation or misuse of a product.
