These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on haospooky.com, operated by HaoSpooky.

1. Products
We do our best to present our products (Halloween decorations and props) accurately. Slight variations in color or finish may occur from one screen to another.

2. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is due in full at checkout, through the payment methods available on the Site. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price shown at checkout is the one that applies to your order.

3. Order acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may decline or cancel, for example in case of stock unavailability, a pricing error, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you will be refunded in full.

4. Shipping
Estimated delivery times are shown on the Site and in our Shipping Policy. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. HaoSpooky is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs once a package has shipped.

5. Returns
Returns are accepted under the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Liability
HaoSpooky is not liable for damage resulting from improper assembly, indoor-only products used outdoors, or misuse of a product outside its intended purpose.
